Darren Bibby Program Vice-President, Channels and Alliances at IDC

I've been involved with many aspects of software solutions with roles in sales, marketing, channel management and consulting. I run IDC's channels and alliances research team, a growing group that both writes reports on the industry and consults with large hardware and software vendors on their channel partner strategies. Previously, I worked for two IT solution providers (Microsoft Gold Partners), and ran the Microsoft Partner Program in Canada.
