Paul Dunphy.Business Performance Advisor at Insperity
I entered the world of employment in 1996. Over the years I have split my career between fortune level companies and small businesses; which has given me a good perspective of the agility of small business and also the stability of large. In my experience no great company opened their doors with 5,000 employees and a national foot print. The risk taking entrepreneurs that are responsible for the prosperity of our country grew their businesses with a handful of devoted employees and enough loans to put them on the streets if they failed. From there, hard work, focus, and a market open to competition grew them into the fortune level companies we have today.
