Mr. Moises Tiktin Nickin serves as Chief Executive Officer Banco Monex SA, a subsidiary of Holding Monex SAPIB de CV and Member of the Company's Board of Directors. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Monex Casa de Bolsa SA de CV, a subsidiary of the Company, from 2001 until July 2011. Moreover, he is Member of the Company's Risks and Audit and Corporate Practices Committees. In addition, he has been Deputy Director of Business of Grupo Financiero Monex. From 1998 to 2001, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Valorum SA de CV; from 1993 to 1998, he acted as Chief Executive Officer of Valores Finamex SA de CV; from 1986 to 1993, he was Director of Economics, Finance and Stock Market Analysis at Valores Finamex SA de CV, and from 1979 to 1982, he worked at the Ministry of Treasury and Public Credit. He holds postgraduate degrees in International Economics and Finance. He obtained a Masters degree in Economics from the University of Chicago and a Bachelors degree in Economics from Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico.
