Gerardo de Nicolas

Gerardo de Nicolas Gutierrez is the Companys Chief Executive Officer. Mr. de Nicolas served as Chief Strategic Officer and head of the Executive Committee from October 2006 to June 5, 2007. Mr. de Nicolas also served as the CEO of the Company from 1997 to September 2006. Prior to his appointment as CEO, Mr. de Nicolas served as regional manager, systems manager, and as construction supervisor. He holds an undergraduate degree in industrial engineering from Universidad Panamericana, in Mexico City and an MBA from Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey in Guadalajara.
